2.1 Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as per the agreed specifications
- Technical issues that cannot be resolved within 30 days
- Breach of service level agreements
- Client cancellation within 48 hours of service initiation (for certain services)
- Duplicate payments made in error
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Client's failure to provide required information or cooperation
- Services already completed and delivered as per agreement
- Third-party costs or expenses already incurred
- Custom development work that has been started
3. Refund Process
3.1 Request Submission

- Reason for refund request

3.2 Review Process
We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days. During this time, we may:

- Conduct internal review of the service delivery
3.3 Refund Decision
We will notify you of our decision via email within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Processing times vary by payment method:
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days
- Online Payment Gateway: 3-7 business days
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- Percentage of work completed
- Value of services already delivered

- Time and resources invested
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel services with the following terms:
- Before Project Start: Full refund available
- Within 48 Hours: 90% refund (10% administrative fee)
- After 48 Hours: Refund based on work completed
- After 50% Completion: No refund, but project can be paused
6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Inappropriate or illegal use of our services
- Technical impossibility of project completion
7. Service-Specific Policies
7.1 Web Development Projects
For web development projects:
- Refunds available up to 30% project completion
- Client must provide detailed feedback for changes
- Source code delivery subject to full payment
7.2 Managed Services
For ongoing managed services:
- 30-day notice required for cancellation
- Refunds prorated based on unused service period
- Data migration assistance provided
7.3 Consulting Services
For consulting and advisory services:
- Refunds available for unused consultation hours
- Documentation and deliverables remain client property
- No refund for completed consultation sessions
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a second review by senior management
- Provide additional evidence or documentation
- Request mediation through a neutral third party
- Pursue legal remedies as per applicable law
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, refund policies may be adjusted accordingly.
